Supply of industrial property in Cape Town of over 1000m2 continues to enjoy steady demand which is a driving factor motivating new developments.
An estimated six new developments will be completed simultaneously during 2017which will have a significant influence on supply.
In line with commercial property trends, the demand for larger, more efficient and sustainable new builds associated with new developments have further increased.
