About Steven Bolleurs | Commercial Property Broker – Cape Town CBD

Steven is a Commercial Property specialist focusing on the Cape Town CBD and surrounding areas. Steven has a logistics background holding a Bcomm Honours degree in Logistics Management from Stellenbosch University. He is also currently enrolled in a two-year postgraduate diploma in Property Studies at the University of Cape Town to further his knowledge of the property sector whilst also working full time at Baker Street Properties. With this unique combination of skills, Steven advises his clients with the relevant market knowledge in order to find the best possible solutions for their unique property requirements. Steven is an outdoor enthusiast - playing golf, surfing and trail running in his spare time.

About Martin Reynolds | Industrial Property Broker – Cape Town Northern Suburbs

Martin is an Industrial Property specialist advising clients on the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town. Martin obtained a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Stellenbosch Business School after spending two years working abroad. He has hands-on experience in the fields of transportation and logistics as well as project specific installations for the telecommunications industry. Martin uses his technical knowledge from his working background to better understand his varied industrial client's industrial needs. Martin is a keen rugby player and Cheetahs supporter.
