Baker Street Properties recently finalised a lease agreement with plastics packaging company, Plastilon, for premises in South Palms, Retreat, measuring 826m² over a 3 year period, with a lease capital value of R2.5 million.
The new branch is a franchise, the first in the Western Cape (with their head office in Pretoria). The Franchisee Guido Fratini has opened up shop in the South Palms Shopping Centre which adjoins Builders Warehouse in Main Road Retreat & accommodates other retailers such as Hi-Fi Corporation, Wetherleys, and Eagle Lighting.
The Franchise specialises in the sale of all plastic ware, bottles & jars, boxes, gift packaging, stationery, and toys amongst others
