Baker Street Properties have successfully negotiated a 5 year lease agreement with a capital value of approximately R9 million for the World Wildlife Fund South Africa.

The new WWF South Africa Head Office comprises 1,050m² with parking and is situated in Boundary Terraces, Newlands. WWF South Africa, who moved from Stellenbosch after many years, are pleased that their move enabled them to be closer to conservation expertise and agencies based in and around Cape Town and in particular Kistenbosch.
