Nick is an industrial broker specializing in leasing and sales within the Maitland, Ndabeni and Southern Suburbs industrial nodes. Nick has followed his passion for the property industry from Johannesburg to Cape Town, where he finished his honors in property studies at the University of Cape Town. His background in the industry has given him a greater understanding of the built environment and the fundamentals behind successful property development. Nick lives and breathes property but in his spare time, you might catch him playing for his local football club, surfing, watching rugby or playing golf.
