Having settled relatively recently, Robert is grateful to be living in the Western Cape. After 14 years in the industrial property environment in Gauteng, Robert decided to focus on the emerging areas of Paarl, Stellenbosch and Somerset West.
Combining his extensive network with National and International clients who are increasingly aware of the necessity to operate under a functioning municipality; and with the shortage of decent existing stock and development land in Cape Town, the opportunities along primary nodal linkages such as the N7, N1 and N2 corridors will in the future provide the most advantageous centres of gravity for logistics and light manufacturing entities. Robert is particularly excited about the nexus between the new Cape Winelands Airport and strategic areas relatively close by. Apart from real estate transactions, Robert enjoys keeping fit, hiking, socializing and reading.
