The warehouse offers a minimum height to the underside of the girders of 11m from the floor to underside of truss and are 25m wide of varying lengths with column free interiors and the floors are raised by 1,35m above the yards to facilitate docking of trucks and offices are located above the docking bays on a mezzanine floor.
