Riverside Business Park is a new mixed-use industrial and commercial development in Firgrove, Somerset West. Once complete, the development will comprise approximately 22,700m² GLA across multiple warehouse, logistics and commercial buildings, with unit sizes ranging from approximately 200m² sectional title units to standalone facilities exceeding 5,000m². Current availability includes units in Buildings C and G, with phased occupation from January and June 2027, while future phases will further expand the development.
