Office To Let in Foreshore

Built on reclaimed land between the historic city grid and the harbour, the Foreshore carries much of the Cape Town CBD's modern high-rise office stock and includes the convention centre precinct. Space here is predominantly office accommodation with a small retail component, and most of it is offered to let. The N1 and the N2 feed directly into the district, giving occupiers some of the most direct freeway access in the CBD, a practical fit for corporates with commuting staff and larger floor-plate requirements.
