Dave is a Director of Baker Street Properties and specialises in Commercial Leasing, Sales and Tenant Representation. With over 40 years experience in the Cape Town Commercial Property market, he is a respected specialist in his field. Dave is a member of the SAPOA Western Cape Council, SAPOA National Research Committee and chaired the Cape Town Office Vacancy Panel for 25 years. As well as advising national companies on their property requirements, Dave is often appointed by international companies to source premises and negotiate lease terms on their behalf. Dave is a keen golfer and a member of the Royal Cape Golf Club.
